The Sabai Residence offers you two rental possibilities. A monthly fee or a monthly fee based on a yearly contract. But you can also buy an appartments, therefore please contact us at info@sabairesidence.com.

For long term renting, the price will decrease every month by 14 EURO. Price excludes the consumption in electricity, and gaz but includes the water consumption.
